Where the experience comes from
Over ten years working as a financial accountant across genuinely different environments — a national media company, childcare centre operators across New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland, and a law firm in the Sydney CBD. Each brought different reporting demands, different systems, and a different pace of business.
That range is exactly what a small business benefits from: someone who has already seen how proper financial reporting and controls work inside larger organisations, applied at a scale that actually fits a small team.
